Our campus

We’ve created the ideal place for you to live and study. From historic buildings to new teaching and study facilities, we’ve transformed our beautiful Edgbaston campus close to Birmingham city centre. At the middle of it all, you’ll find the Green Heart that has 12 acres of lush parkland. It’s a unique and rejuvenating space where many of our students enjoy socialising, meeting, studying and performing.

Funding your Masters

We are proud to offer a range of funding opportunities for our postgraduate taught and research programmes, and have put more than £33 million into student support and scholarships. In celebration of the University’s 125th anniversary, our Birmingham Masters Scholarships offer £3,000 to support the brightest and best applicants undertaking Masters study with us in 2025. Meanwhile, our £4,000 Postgraduate Access Scholarships enhance the accessibility of postgraduate study for students from under-represented backgrounds.
