There is a huge skills gap in the UK workforce when it comes to data science and artificial intelligence. The Government’s Digital Skills strategy estimates that within the next 20 years, 90 per cent of all jobs will require some element of digital skills, with data science pinpointed as a priority area. This is where our Data Science for Global Agriculture, Food and Environment Degree comes in.

Also available as a purely online degree, this new course, the first and only of its kind in the UK, seeks to address the huge demand for data scientists in the agri-tech, smart farming and conservation sector.

The course

Study this course and you will learn to:

• Successfully obtain and analyse data in order to produce descriptive and predictive recommendations.
• Apply machine learning and artificial intelligence tools to solve a wide range of problems in science and business
