Course Description

Interested in learning how to apply psychological principles as a force for positive change within business? Join our MSc Work Psychology, accredited by the British Psychological Society.

Understanding how people think, feel and behave in the workplace is key to supporting individuals, getting the best out of teams, and enhancing an organisation’s efficiency and growth.

This programme is for students with a BPS accredited psychology undergraduate degree who want to deepen their knowledge in this specialist area, or gain Stage 1 of the Chartered Psychologist and Registered Occupational Psychologist qualification.

If you have an undergraduate degree in a related field that isn’t BPS accredited, you can take the MSc Business Psychology, which is our mirror course with different accreditation.

Entry Requirements

A good honours degree in Psychology which is recognised by the British Psychological Society (BPS) as providing Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership.

Evidence of numerical proficiency, as demonstrated through the study of mathematical or statistical subjects in some part of the first degree.
Applicants with a lower second class degree may be considered if they have considerable relevant work experience.
