It will also be extremely beneficial for those with related industrial experience who are seeking a career change, a broader management role or progress to a more senior level. It will also appeal to those wishing to develop their own sports business or to progress to further study, research or teaching similar areas within further or higher education.
The University has outstanding sports facilities at both the Headingley Campus and the world famous Headingley Carnegie Stadium, which is an international base for professional cricket, rugby league and rugby union teams. The PG Certificate serves as the first 60 credits of the MA in Sport Business. Students would not normally enrol for this course, instead enrolling for the full MA. If during your studies for some reason you were unable to complete the full 180 credits to be awarded the MA either a PG Certificate or a PG Diploma would be awarded depending on how much of the course you had successfully completed.
