Course Description

Our MSc programme in Robotics is designed for graduates from a broad range of backgrounds including Computer Science, Physics, and Engineering. Throughout the course, you will explore topics such as intelligent automation, mechatronic and embedded systems, and robot vision.

The rapid growth in the use of robotic systems in industrial, commercial and domestic contexts has created a worldwide shortage of experts in this fast-moving field.

Delivered in partnership by the Schools of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Birmingham, our MSc programme in Robotics offers you the opportunity to study not only how you can use software and AI to control a robotic platform, but also how they are physically designed and constructed.

Entry Requirements

A 2:1 Honours in a relevant subject (eg, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Mechanical Engineering).
