Course Description

A Psychology MBA that develops the skill set of high-performing and compassionate people leaders.

The global coronavirus pandemic has created a perfect storm and has brought into sharp focus the extent to which mental health and wellbeing are of global strategic importance.

The leaders of the future must develop high-level people skills and for that reason, we have developed a Psychology MBA which develops in our students the knowledge and skills to support their teams to thrive. Our course explores the importance of mental health and wellbeing in the workforce with a focus on concepts such as building personal resilience and growth, and the role of technology in supporting psychological health in the future.

Entry Requirements

Applicants should have or be about to complete:

  • A recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree (or equivalent qualification) from an accredited college, institution, or university, equivalent to or higher than a UK bachelor’s degree with honours
  • All applicants must have at least two years of relevant work experience in a professional, managerial or supervisory role

Or:

  • If the applicant does not hold a recognised degree or hold an ordinary degree, they should have at least three years of relevant work experience in a professional, managerial or supervisory role
