If you want to be a solicitor in England or Wales, this is the postgraduate course for you.
Develop practical legal skills to prepare you for all of your responsibilities in a career in law. Working in York St John Law Clinic will help you to develop transferable legal skills and experience legal practice.
You will need to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) if your 2:1 degree is not a Qualifying Law Degree (QLD) approved by the SRA.
If you have a 2:2 degree in a related subject we may still consider your application. We will meet you to identify any barriers to your learning before inviting you to interview.
