Leadership and Team coaching is a hot topic as organisations see an importance of developing leadership talent and team effectiveness. After successful completion, this course will give you a level 7 Postgraduate Award qualification. This blended learning course has a 2-day face-to-face skill based interactive workshop, plus virtual learning resource centre material accessible 24/7 to suit your needs. This short course is designed to develop systematic theoretical knowledge, skills in practice and self-awareness, focussing on coaching in organisations in which leadership coaching and team coaching are used. The course will provide an understanding of the skills and models of leadership and team coaching and the impact this has on the role and skill requirements of the coach.
