Course Description
Global commercial transactions are becoming more complex, posing new legal challenges.
On this course, you’ll:
- look at the law in a commercial setting
- learn to resolve business disputes between or among transnational parties through the use of arbitrators and through courts
- explore the legal framework governing commercial activities and cross-border transactions
- develop the practical skills needed to act as a legal adviser during international commercial transactions
- learn to assess cutting-edge scenarios and recent reforms in international commercial law.

You should normally have an upper second-class (2.1) undergraduate honours degree or above.
