Want to understand, influence and implement organisational change?

This MSc combines an in-depth understanding of human resource management (HRM) with a broader exploration of its organisational and management context. The programme explores HR strategy both within organisations and in relation to the external environment. You will be exposed to the latest contemporary research in HRM to develop your critical thinking skills, develop and apply them.

Entry Requirements

Entry onto this Master’s Degree requires a minimum of a 2:2 Undergraduate honours degree in a related discipline from a UK or NARIC listed institution.
