You will develop your applied knowledge and understanding of a range of topics relevant to caring for the critically ill adult patient, as well as your ability to find and critically evaluate the evidence base for interventions in practice and identify the implications for your own practice, self-reflection with the aim of demonstrably learning and improving in your field. Specific workshops and supportive online material will be provided at this level, aiding with an emphasis on leadership, practice development and dissemination which culminates in your assessment.
