There are no entry requirements for the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership, however the qualification is designed for managers of managers and it is anticipated that participants will be working at middle management level or have relevant experience. If English is not your first language, you’ll also need to provide evidence of at least IELTS 6.5 or Trinity ISE III or Trinity ISE IV.
