Strength and Conditioning practitioners must employ a wide range of underpinning knowledge, practical skills and applied techniques to meet the requirements of such a highly specialised role. This course will equip and challenge you to evaluate the physical elements of sport performance, develop tailored strength and conditioning interventions, monitor and evaluate training as well as developing your practical coaching skills through experiential learning.

Non-standard applications will also be considered on a case-by-case basis; the course leader will arrange an informal interview with applicants where this is appropriate. Applicants with formal experience of working in applied sport settings without an undergraduate degree will also be considered at the discretion of the course leader.
