Using the block and blend teaching method, our academic staff will deliver a week of intensive teaching at the University of Salford’s campus, giving you a thorough grounding in evidence-based public health and the research methods applied to international health priorities, before providing an overview of the online facilities available to support the programme. This is followed by weekly online study that builds towards your PG Certificate. During this time, you’ll be able to access live online sessions and receive specialist support from academic staff.
To gain entry onto this course, you should have an honours degree, normally at grade 2:2 or above, and preferably in a health-related subject.
We also welcome applications from students who may not have formal/traditional entry criteria, but who have relevant experience or the ability to pursue the course successfully.
