    MSc Full-time: 1 year Part-time: 2 years

Course Description

Air transport is intrinsically linked to global economic prosperity. Before the COVID pandemic, more than four billion people travelled by air annually and air travel grew at over five per cent a year. The air transport business environment is rapidly changing, and the industry requires access to advanced and comprehensive knowledge, combined with an in-depth understanding of its requirements.

Our Air Transport Management MSc will provide you with this knowledge and understanding, equipping you with the multiple skills and expertise that are required to succeed in the ever-evolving business of air transport.

You’ll benefit from our pioneering research and industry analysis, as well as our unique proximity to Heathrow and Gatwick airports, that serve over 120 global airlines. This has allowed us to develop outstanding links with the industry, resulting in numerous high profile guest speakers delivering engaging and stimulating lectures to our students.

Graduates from this course include pilots, air traffic controllers and aeronautical engineers.

Applicants who do not meet these requirements but hold an air transport pilot license or air traffic controller license, plus a minimum of three years relevant work experience, can also be considered on a case by case basis (subject to interview).
